Apartments 1. floor:

we rent at the first floor three double rooms. the rooms are available individually (each double room for 50 CUC/night), or together (entire floor for 150 CUC/night). After the 11. day a discount  is possible.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan. In the adjoining bathroom with shower / toilet hot water is available around the clock. the rooms number 1 and 2, which have a separate entrance, has a bathroom, a living room with bar & dining area, kitchenette and a large balcony facing the sea. here is always blowing a fresh sea breeze and provides on hot days for welcome cooling. The entire floor is stylishly furnished with rattan furniture. The dining table has seatings for up to 8 guests.

In the living room is also available a 32" Smart-TV from SAMSUNG, which can be controlled via the app "Samsung Smart View" (download for free in the app store) via Wi-Fi from your mobile devices. So you have the possibility to see your own material from your mobile devices directly on the 32" TV in full-HD. Perfect for checking out the latest vacation photos and holiday videos, or when the kids or you would like to see the favorite movies in a suitable size.
In addition, the TV over Wi-Fi (streaming in full HD possible) has access to the extensive music and video offers on our home server.

 

Also at the 1. floor is located the room number 3 with private bathroom (shower / toilet) and private terrace for optional offered breakfast or dinner.
This room is also equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan.
 
The roof terrace with gazebo and the pool area (pool times from 10 am until 10 pm) can be used by all guests present at no additional cost. This is also true for the optionally with LED-Projector installable HD-Home Cinema by the pool.

The outdoor pool has about 40 m² floor space and a maximum deep about 2.10 m. The pool has a water raid, which sounds like a small waterfall and he can be illuminated at night by controllable multicolored LED-lights.

The pool also has a outdoor pool shower and a separate outside toilet.

The pool bar area and the front of the apartment have a canopy, so you can sit also in rainy weather without any problems outside and enjoy for example an exquisite Havana cigar. Your host can handle at this time the bar beside the pool with the production of all desired kinds of delicious cocktails.
